Model E242 is designed for use in hazardous locations where explosive gases are present. The S242 is FM & SIRA approved for intrinsical safety and is available in a conduit fitting or 6 or 8 pin connector version. Models are approved for Class I, Division I, Groups A, B, C and D. Its all-welded construction features a 1/2 - 20 UNF thread for installation in standard transducer mounting holes.
